We are pleased to announce that Mr Martin Hirsch, Consultant Gynaecologist and Endometriosis Specialist at Oxford University Hospitals, will be speaking at the prestigious Society of Clinical Injury Lawyers (SCIL) Conference 2025. The event will take place on 5th June 2025 at Millennium Point in Birmingham.
The SCIL Conference is a cornerstone event in the clinical negligence sector, attracting leading solicitors, barristers, and healthcare professionals from across the UK. This year’s conference promises to be an exciting day of expert plenaries, guest speakers, and valuable networking opportunities for those within the field of clinical negligence.
Mr Hirsch, who specialises in advanced endoscopic gynaecological surgery for conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, and ovarian cysts, will be sharing his insights into the critical role of Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) meetings in clinical decision-making. His session will delve into the effectiveness of MDTs in improving patient care, as well as the involvement of non-clinicians in key decision-making processes.
Mr Hirsch’s clinical practice is complemented by his work as an Honorary Clinical Fellow at the University of Oxford, and he is a senior council member of the British Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy (BSGE).
