Dr Joanne Ingleby

Since qualifying in dental surgery, Dr Ingleby has developed her practice in restorative dentistry (fillings, general dental endodontics (root canal), crowns and bridge work) and periodontics (diagnosing cavities, gingivitis, periodontitis & oral cancer). In her day-to-day practice as an Associate Practitioner at the Parkfield Cosmetic Dentistry & Implant Centre she is required to interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests, administer oral anaesthesia, monitor the growth and development of the teeth & jaws and manage oral trauma/other emergency situations. She provides comprehensive restorative care to patients of all ages in a multidisciplinary practice. Dr Ingleby has experience working in hospital dentistry, community, and general practice.

For the past thirty years, Dr Ingleby has developed interests in restorative dentistry especially endodontic treatment and cosmetic dentistry. Dr Ingleby also treats sleep apnoea with the provision of mandibular advancement appliances. It is due to her interest in sleep apnoea that she frequently receives referrals from the local Sleep Service and ENT specialists.
