Ms. Igbokwe is an accomplished Advanced Clinical Practitioner with a wealth of experience in advanced vascular care and general nursing. She began her career after graduating from the School of Nursing Umulogho in Nigeria in 2006 and later pursued further education in Nursing and Healthcare at Buckinghamshire New University, High Wycombe. Ms. Igbokwe went on to earn a Master of Science in Infection Control in 2018, followed by a Master’s in advanced clinical Practice in 2022. Her Masters degrees have equipped her with advanced clinical skills and a deep understanding of evidence-based practice. She is also currently doing her PGCert in education.
Her career has spanned a variety of roles, including Healthcare Assistant at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust, Supervised Practice Nurse/Senior Care Assistant at Park Lodge Nursing Home, and Staff Nurse within the Vascular and Head and Neck Units at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. Ms. Igbokwe has also held positions, such as Ward Sister in the Vascular Unit and Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner, before transitioning into her current role as a vascular Advanced Clinical Practitioner.
Clinical Interests
Ms Igbokwe’s clinical interests lie within vascular care and education, wound management amongst other aspects of nursing.
