Dr Pandya is a Clinical Director for Acute Medicine at the London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust where he has worked as a Consultant in Acute and General Internal Medicine since October 2021; he leads the Acute Medicine Department across two acute hospitals in North West London.
Dr Pandya graduated from the King’s College London School of Medicine at Guy’s, Kings College and St Thomas’ Hospitals in 2012 and attained an MBBS with distinction. He completed an Intercalated BSc in Pharmacology in 2009 and attained a First Class Honours.
Clinical Interests
Dr Pandya works across the Medical High Dependency Unit, Acute Medical Take, Acute Medical Unit, and Medical Same Day Emergency Care.
Dr Pandya is an experienced Consultant Physician who looks after acutely unwell medical patients admitted through various secondary care pathways, including the Emergency Department and has experience in managing patients requiring level 2 care (respiratory support and inotropic support) on the Medical High Dependency Unit.
Dr Pandya diagnoses and manages; -acute medical conditions presenting to hospital through the Emergency Department or Same Day Emergency Care; -medical patients requiring Level 2 care, including respiraratory support (Nasal High Flow, CPAP and NIV) and inotropic support on the Medical HDU.
