Mr Rammohan has been a Consultant Thoracic Surgeon at the Wythenshawe Hospital; part of the Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust Wythenshawe Hospital since 2011. He is a specialist in minimal-access thoracic surgery having previously completed an international fellowship in minimal access thoracic surgery in Edmonton, Canada. He is a former President of the Royal College of Medicine, Cardiothoracic Section.
Clinical Interests
Mr Rammohan has a clinical interest in VATS lobectomies, VATS thymectomies, diagnostic lung and pleural disease, lung cancer, trauma and sepsis, surgical management of emphysema – endobronchial and VATS, endobronchial therapy for air leaks, cosmetic chest wall correction and airway interventions.
